Our Commitment to Preserving Your Privacy

Our overriding objective is to handle all personal data fairly and securely, maintaining confidentiality.  Any information you give us about yourself for making purchases of materials and/or services will be stored on Worldpay’s systems, so much of it will be completely invisible to us.  Some of it may be disclosed to, processed and used by us and, exceptionally, by other companies that may assist us in providing our services to you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  This is to ensure a smooth, accurate and trouble-free experience for customers using our site and services
It is clearly necessary for us to collect and securely store data from our service users for the purposes of contacting, enrolling and communicating with them.  We shall also be recording students’ progression on programmes and we shall collect and hold such personal data as may be required for completing forms required for making entries on behalf of customers for examinations, festivals and competitions.  These records will be in written, paper records as well as some elements being stored in a digital format.
No information is ever passed to any 3rd party without the express permission of the customer.  We never divulge, sell-on or otherwise release sensitive data to anyone.  You may obtain a copy of the data we hold on you in return for an administration fee.  Personal data will not be used for direct marketing purposes.  Clearly, in order to contact you about important administrative matters such as Exam Entries, deadlines, programme details and the like, we shall collect and store and process your contact details.  Not to do so would potentially severely restrict the essential services we may be able to supply to you.  If you wish us not to hold such information, it is your right to ask us to remove it from our records but this may well have a serious reduction in the quality of work we can do for you.  Requesting such actions from us after enrolment data has been collected will incur an admin charge not currently [November 2018] exceeding £20.
It is your right to ask us to remove any references or images to yourself or a minor for whom you have responsibility as parent or guardian.  We shall respond promptly to delete information that can identify individuals when you contact us in writing to request that this be done.  Similarly, if you perceive a significant inaccuracy in the information about a person that you wish to be corrected, please contact us that we might make necessary corrections.  An admin charge [see above] may be made for supplying copies of information we hold or for deletions.
